Job Description:
· Handle administrative requests from the Directors
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Responsible for the coordination of a daily calendar
· Organise and schedule meetings
· Manage travel arrangements
· Prepare and type letters and other documents
· Photocopy and print various documents
· Deal with email enquiries
· Responsible for filing system & update databases
· Manage a petty cash account
· Order office supplies
· Ensures the availability of drinks for visitors
· Assist colleagues wherever is necessary
Requirements:
· 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar position
· Advance English and Greek
· Very Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
· Business Administration diploma or any other relevant diploma will be considered as an advantage
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Organisational skills
· Multi – tasking skills
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm , Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
