We are looking for a customer-minded individual to join our Customer Success Team.
Your role is to create value for clients by deploying and integrating TRADING CENTRAL products according to deployment best practices. Upon completing TRADING CENTRAL’s training program you will be responsible for performing essential post-sale on-boarding and customer support functions:
- Working with customers to facilitate rapid and high quality deployment of TRADING CENTRAL services.
- On-going client interaction as need to support their use of the services.
- Working with customers on enhancements and improvements to their service.
- Influence the TRADING CENTRAL roadmap in terms of product improvements to serve customers better.
As Product Deployment Specialist you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, and supporting global clients. You will interact frequently with all departments of the Firm.
TRADING CENTRAL’s target clients include:
- online banks, retail brokers, financial media
- buy and sell side institutions
- proprietary traders, hedge funds, portfolio managers
- stockbrokers, sales traders, private bankers, financial advisors, wealth managers

TRADING CENTRAL seeks candidates with 2-5 years’ experience in a customer support or development environment, and with the following characteristics:
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills
- Financial markets knowledge and interest
- General technical proficiency with computers and Windows applications
- Knowledge in web technologies (Javascript, JSON, HTML, XSLT, XML, CSS)
- Experience with relational database (SQL)
- Knowledge in ASP.NET is an asset
- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2012 (.NET 4.0+), VS Online
- LINUX environment experience is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- French language skills are an asset
