Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Consultancy Firm with membership to an international consulting network, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Analyst to join their team in Nicosia.  

Role Overview: 

The Junior Analyst will support the Company’s consultants in the execution of their duties by delivering client work as well as general support in the Company’s daily affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing market and client portfolio data as well as organizing the findings and preparing presentations for the client teams. The Analyst will use, and assist in developing, investment models for quantifying and reporting on key investment metrics and financial risks.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Data gathering, analysis and presentation.
  • Assist in designing and monitoring investment strategies for institutional clients.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing the company’s in-house tools. 
  • Support the consultants in handling client requests and project assignments.
  • Ad hoc attendance of client meetings to support the consulting team.


Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Recent Graduate of BSc or MSc in a related field e.g. Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics.
  • Commitment to pursue the CFA professional qualification. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills. 
  • Advanced skills in using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of VBA and further modelling skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both in terms of presentation and report writing skills.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English.


Remuneration:

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including retirement and medical benefits. In addition, a study package will be offered to support the candidate in qualifying for the CFA designation.
