This fast growing law firm is looking for an Associate Lawyer, Corporate/Commercial Department for its office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Expert knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, CAP 113
Expert knowledge of all the procedures of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
Review, drafting and preparation of corporate procedures and corporate documents (Forms for the Registrar of Companies, reviewing, drafting and preparation of commercial and corporate agreements, minutes & resolutions, POA's, M&A, Corporate Registers etc.)
Consultation of clients with respect to corporate and commercial matters
Undertaking of Liquidations and Strike off procedures
Use of Corporate Management & Administration System
Requirements:
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate/ Commercial lawyer
Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages. Knowledge of Russian or any other languages shall be considered as an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, CAP 113
Experience dealing with the Registrar of Companies
Organisation and communication skills

The working hours are from 8.30am till 1.30pm and from 3pm till 6.30pm with one afternoon off per week.
The salary is 20,000 - 30,000 Euros gross per year based on skills and experience plus annual bonus, medical insurance and provident fund
