Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Maintain proper accounting books and records
Prepare management accounts and financial statements
Preparation of VAT, tax returns, payroll, social contribution and periodic reporting
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
Liaise with external associates such as auditors, banks etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
Must have a CAT or a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
Minimum 10 years' experience as bookkeeper or accountant
Excellent organization and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on pro-active work approach
Ability to work independently
Eager to learn fast and efficiently in finance and oriented towards actions and results to show your added value to delivery works and service of quality
Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience in the use of SAP (ERP) is considered as a strong asset
Fluent in Greek and English - both written and verbal
The company is offering a salary of 2,000 Euros gross per month based on skills and experience plus 13th month, medical insurance and provident fund.
