Job Description

·      Advising on matters of Corporate Law and taking an active role in business strategy

·      Assisting with various projects including, but not limited to formation of various corporate, partnership and LLC entities as well as special purpose vehicles set up, structured funds, liquidations, corporate financing, business restructuring and mergers & acquisitions

·      Assisting in relation to the acquisitions and sale of assets and transaction closing

·      Drafting officer, director and shareholder consents, proxies and other documents

·      Assisting in the preparation of minutes, agreements for a wide variety of companies

·      Performing detailed practical research on an array of different areas 

Required Qualifications

·         Qualified Lawyer / Member of the Cyprus Bar Association

·         Post qualification law experience is no more than 8 months

·         Highly organized and detail oriented person with the excellent communication skills

·         Excellent spoken and written English is essential

·         Willingness to handle large volumes of work independently and/or with little supervision after a period of training

·         Ability to work well under strict deadlines

·         Upper Second-Class degree in Law (or another undergraduate subject with subsequent GDL)

·         UK Legal Practice Course is an advantage

·         LLM in corporate or commercial law is an advantage
