The Position
The successful candidate will join the dynamic IT Operations team and will be responsible for:
•the network, cloud and server infrastructure administration and support
•the administration and support of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
•University Degree in Computer Science or any other related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
•At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role providing services in a demanding environment
•Strong technical aptitude including excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•A self-motivated and results-oriented individual
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users of any level of IT literacy
•Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
