Broctagon Prime Ltd is seeking an AML and Compliance Officer to join the company. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse, international team that offers advanced services to institutional clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring continuous compliance of the Company with applicable regulations and laws
- Assist in developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC
- Assist in producing and submitting periodic compliance and AML reports to CySEC
- Developing compliance training materials and performing on-going training to employees
- Providing advice and guidance to employees as appropriate on money laundering matter
- Develop and maintain relationships with CySEC, external auditors, and internal auditors
- Advise management on short-term and long-term AML procedures and actions that may be needed and enforced.
Other Requirements
- Holder of a university degree and CySEC Advanced certificate
- Solid background working with a Compliance based position
- Ability to comprehend and interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Have a good understanding of the Forex industry
- Knowledge of Cyprus AML Law relating to key areas of responsibility
