On behalf of our client, a multinational company specializing in providing IT services, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of the Senior Database Developer for their offices based in Nicosia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Proficient in T-SQL queries, indexes and DB I/O performance tuning

•         Advanced troubleshooting and resolve report issues

•         Performs software and system testing procedures, bug verification, release testing, and beta support.

•         Ability to write status reports, technical specs, procedures and correspondence

•         Experience with building reports, analysing results, and communicating findings

•         Understanding of data structure/integration and relational database design

•         Ability to write SQL code, extract data and generate queries/reports without guidance, integrating data when necessary between different data sources

PROFILE:

•         Ability to understand and integrate new technologies.

•         5-6+ years’ experience as a database developer in SQL Server environment

•         Excellent knowledge of the English language

•         Experience with T-SQL DDL and DML, SQL CLR integration, Service Broker integration, XML

•         Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and resolve problems

•         Experience of developing in SQL Server 2012 databases and above (MSSQL 2016 preferably)

•         Experience with SSRS, SSIS and SSAS will be considered an advantage
