Our client is a Cysec regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a passionate and self-motivated in-house Lawyer/Legal Advisor to join its dynamic team in Limassol.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years post legal qualification experience in dealing with CySEC regulations, Corporate and Employment Law.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and prepare corporate documents (Contracts, Deeds, Agreements, etc.);
Incorporation and administration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions;
Preparation of all application forms for the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
Prepare, amend and review legal documents for implementation by legal entities;
Monitoring and advising on ongoing transactions and/ or other projects from a legal perspective according to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus;
Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening and operating bank accounts;
Arranging for execution, certification and legalization of documents
Managing day-to-day operations of the legal and corporate department;
Providing guidance on corporate law and regulatory matters and performing legal research for these matters
Other legal work and any other duties assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree in law
Experience 2+ years as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house [preferably in CySEC regulated company]
Previous experience the Forex industry will be considered as advantage as well as knowledge of CIF regulatory frameworks
Good knowledge and experience in dealing with CySec regulations
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in Greek and English are essential)
Membership of the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills
Professional and trust worthy individual
Team player
CySEC Basic or Advanced Examination will be considered as advantage
