Job Description

Our client, an Offshore Services Company in Limassol is looking to hire a Bookkeeper for their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

Issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare monthly receivables analysis 

Initiate purchase orders on behalf of operations team, monitor approval status and follow up on provision of service.

Process suppliers invoices and reconcile statements where required

Prepare payment requisition forms and present for approval

Process all bank entries and reconcile bank accounts

Investigate and resolve queries regarding receivable and payables

Filing of documents in accordance with policies and Local regulations

Any other task assigned by management from time to time

Answering all company calls, sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post

Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing, storage and security of Company records

Ordering stationery and any other equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office

Requirements: 

Bookkeeping LCCI higher certificate 

3 years of experience  

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office products-Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent written and spoken English

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Capability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines and work independently

Excellent organization and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on pro-active work approach

The company is offering a salary of 1,200 to 1,400 Euros gross per month based on skills and experience plus 13th month and medical insurance
