Our client, an IT company based in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Project Manager who is passionate about building powerful tools to create and deploy highly engaging email marketing campaigns, creating motivated team and setting up processes in efficient way. The project is about mass e-mail marketing: the company tailors the funnels/verticals with highly targeted demand across web and mobile to ensure a high delivery rate and maximum revenues from the partners' email lists. Their TDS provides email intelligence that in addition ensures the optimization capabilities and maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
Define the product strategy and create the prioritized road map
Collaborate daily with our design, marketing and engineering teams to develop and prioritize new strategies, product initiatives in order to drive product development
Design and develop experiments, analyze patterns and trends, and identify new opportunities for growth
Deliver product requirement documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical folks
Use data to make good decisions when confronted by ambiguity
Understand technical dependencies and be able to communicate what's needed to our engineering team
Collaborate with counterparts in marketing, sales and engineering, as well as with external partners to launch and grow market adoption and revenues
Define and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicators
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English is a must
Experience with email marketing and or block chain/crypto currency
Minimum of 4+ years' IT extended experience of managing and leading large-scale, complex, multi-location projects with 5+ on-site team members
Minimum of 4+ years' in a role of Product Manager/Owner in IT sphere
Minimum of 1+ year of experience focusing on email domain expertise (mass e-mailing)
Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and delegating
Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines
Work well with research, design, engineering, marketing, and supporting teams to build alignment around the goal of a product
Expert knowledge of project management processes and business process improvement methods
Strong technical abilities and ability to work closely with engineers
Capable of working under limited supervision
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Able to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management
Stress-resistant personality
The working hours are from 09.00 - 18.00 with one hour lunch break.
