Ayers Alliance Financial Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Compliance Officer, to join our team and help developing a deep expertise in our products while delivering results that protect and satisfy our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
· Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
· Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
· Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
· Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
· Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
· Ensure that all activities of the company are adhering to the license requirements, in conjunction with the Management
· Review and draft contracts, agreements, terms and conditions for client offers and competitions and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
· Advise the Back Office on any necessary changes or actions with regards to procedures
· Liaise with external lawyers as needed
· Any other Ad-hoc activities not listed above, that may occur on an as and when basis.
· Proven experience as Compliance Officer
· In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
· 1-3 years of previous experience in a regulated entity
· Experience in Funds Industry as Compliance Officer will be welcomed but not mandatory.
· Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
· A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
· Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
· An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
· Excellent communication skills
· BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
· Advanced Legal Framework Certificate by CySEC is mandatory
