Our client is a CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company based in Limassol and they are looking to hire a motivated, reliable and professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations of the company
Ensure all investment services are offered according to the investment law
Ensure latest circulars are adhered to
Supervise clients on boarding procedures
Constantly monitor the trading platform (back-end) performance and introduce improvements
Analyse the front end platform and introduce enhancement to improve the UX
Review all external communications (including website) and constantly enhance to stay up to date with the latest trends
Coordinate the operations between different global offices
Produce statistic and detailed analysis of the company's performance
Engineer and develop derivative investment products to be offered to professional clients
Follow up progress and report daily to the directors
Requirements:
Proven working experience in similar position. English language is a must.
The suitable candidate will prove the following qualifications:
Advances University degree (Masters or more)
CySEC advanced certificate
5 years working experience in the finance/investment industry
Proven track record of leadership
Understanding of Risk Management
Additional Skills:
Able to create senior level presentations
Analytical and passionate about data reporting
