Our client an established Binary Options company based in Limassol are currently recruiting an experienced Legal and Compliance Assistant who will be responsible for the following:
Main duties & responsibilities:
Review and prepare legal documents
Assist in the drafting of compliance policies & procedures
Conduct internal compliance audits
Monitor and advise on new and ongoing projects, mainly from a legal perspective
Supervise the company's monitoring unit
Perform research and provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters
Preparation of monthly regulatory reporting
Report directly to the Head of the Company's Legal & Compliance Department
Candidate profile:
Qualified lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association)
Experience 2+ years in a law firm and/or investment services firm
Good knowledge of CySEC laws will be considered an advantage
Holder of the CySEC Basic or Advance certificate will be considered an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Professional and trustworthy
Attractive remuneration package, depending on skills and experience.
