Our client is a financial services provider based in Limassol offering (CFDs), shares, forex, commodities, ETFs, options and indices.
Due to rapid expansion my client is looking to recruit 2 further Compliance Executives for the compliance department.
Responsibilities:
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated young individual to join a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance Officer. Main responsibilities include:
Review and approve content for the Company's websites and information to clients, including marketing communications.
Review and approve content of affiliate partners' websites.
Be involved in various projects, such as the implementation of MIFID II compliance action plan, and be exposed to the broad spectrum of Compliance matters.
Draft relevant compliance policies and procedures in detailed manner and monitor their practical implementation by the relevant departments.
Keep abreast with new legislation and regulation updates, and report in summary form such updates to the Compliance Officer.
Monitor communication with Clients in line with the Company's monitoring policies.
Assist in the monitoring of the Company's execution arrangements and perform best execution monitoring tests.
Conduct internal compliance audits and report relevant monitoring findings and recommendations for correction of any deficiencies to the Compliance Officer.
Prepare reports to regulatory authorities and Management.
Undertake other compliance duties as requested by the Compliance Officer.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
University degree in Law/Business/Finance/Risk Management/Accounting/Economics or a related field.
Between 1 to 4 years of experience within the Forex industry is a must. Experience within compliance will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Very good knowledge of CySEC regulatory framework.
Holder of CySEC advanced certification will be considered an advantage.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude.
Computer literate.
