Our client in Nicosia, a CySEC regulated Forex Company, is looking for a Web Developer (fulltime or part-time even on a contractors base).
Skills:
Experience in building responsive and mobile optimized websites and WordPress themes
Strong HTML5/CSS3 skills
Ability to collaborate with UX, creative, marketing and development teams to execute ideas
Ability to handle last minute changes
QA and Unit Testing of functionality, content, and links
A passion for user experience and front-end and back-end architectures
Experience with creation of awesome brand landing Pages
Experience using Restful APIs and AJAX
Experience slicing image mocks to HTML (Photoshop or illustrator)
Understanding markup and balance of clean, maintainable HTML
High proficiency in JavaScript
Knowledge of good SEO practices (tag hierarchy, semantics, SEF, etc.)
Deep knowledge on PHP / MySQL in nix environments (LAMP) and Wordpress / Drupal themes
Deep knowledge on securing & protecting web apps from various exploit techniques (such as, but not restricted to, XSS / SQL injection / etc)
Defensive coding
Good knowledge on web app optimizations (clean coding, using minimal and specific tools for apps with fast response and minimal resource consumption)
