Joyan Limited, an accounting and audit firm, is seeking to recruit an office administrator for our office in Nicosia to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform general office administration duties such as answering and forwarding calls, greeting visitors, monitoring and maintaining office supplies, collecting and mailing correspondence, maintaining office filing, scan and copy documents.
· Communicate with various authorities such as tax, vat and social insurance departments.
· Ensure all files are kept up to date, are organised and properly referenced.
· Assistance in the bookkeeping of various companies using the accounting software E-Soft.
· Prepare of payroll calculations.
· Provide day to day general administrative support as required.
· Perform other job related duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· LCCI Qualification or other accounting qualification.
· Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal).
· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Good multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
· Dynamic, driven and self-motivated character.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
