Our client, a well-established CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Head Sales Trainer. This role will be based in Cyprus but travelling between all the offices within the group will be needed, so the role will be a high travel position.
Responsibilities:
Understanding training needs for the whole organization worldwide
Developing training programs for both existing and on-boarding employees in order to improve employee performance and client satisfaction/engagement
Building and writing the training materials including procedures, presentations, and workshops
Training workshops for middle management development (Managers, Team Leaders)
Building and mentoring of internal training team
Working with in-house interfaces while assessing effectiveness and satisfaction
Managing and utilizing of the yearly budget
Candidate Profile:
Expert in the Forex/CFD industry and Sales Department within a Forex Company
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Experience in managing large-scale projects and training budgets
Native or fluent in English language
Strong understanding about the compliance guidelines within the industry
Exceptional presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent communications skills
Ability to transfer knowledge effectively
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
