Our client is a global and expanding Forex trading company based in Limassol and due to continued expansion they are looking to employ a Trading Platform Specialist .
Below are the job specs:
Responsible for administration/technical support of MetaTrader 4/5 & cTrader platforms
Manage all MT services (DCs, Backup & Live Servers);
Lead tech support team, coach/mentoring new staff;
Creating knowledge base (wiki), make professional team in department;
Developing policies and disaster recovery plans for trading platforms;
Manage , configure and maintain MT server stability, security and optimization;
Provide maintenance for the stability of external services such as Web Trader, Mobile trader, PAMM, WebSites etc;
Integration of MetaTrader 4/5 with other solutions (CRM, BI, etc.);
Managing and testing third-party vendors for trading platforms
Affiliate (IB) system integration with trading platform;
Manage asset classes (datafeeds) by FIX protocol;
Developing MAM/PAMM/Social Trading part related to MetaTrader platform;
Automation and improvement of support processes and works around trading platforms (development of monitoring applications and scripts);
New products development as MAM/PAMM, Social Trading, Virtual Dealers, etc..(MT4/5 Plugins, Datafeeders and Utilities);
BI and reporting integration (MySQL , MSSQL);
