Our client is a leading international CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company with offices in a number of locations worldwide and they are looking for System Support Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining the Company's IT systems (software, hardware, communication) and will also be accountable for general facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Undertake maintenance of routine IT systems as prioritized
Ensure that all telecommunication systems are functioning at all times
Assist in upgrading existing software/hardware
Liaise with IT suppliers based on standard procedure and purchase or arrange for the maintenance for various equipment (PCs, laptops, telephones etc.)
Regularly communicate with the Electricity Authority and other relevant authorities regarding power supply issues
Assist the DCFO with various projects or duties as and when required
Overall facilities maintenance
Skill Set Required:
Diploma in IS or Computer Engineering or equivalent
IT Engineering background
At least five years in an IT related role within a sizeable organization
Comprehension of Windows Systems
VMware / ESX background
Windows and Linux Environment
Knowledge on monitoring system solutions
Exposure and knowledge of Cisco Routers /switches
Ability to troubleshoot in a windows / Linux environment (system & end client)
A Degree or equivalent (IS technology, IT Engineer) is desirable
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
