We are seeking to recruit a Back Office Representative for our offices in Limassol.

Main Activities & Responsibilities 

• To receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately
• To continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation 
• Issue, review and follow up various financial reports as per standard procedures (daily, weekly, monthly) 
• To provide back up and holiday cover for other administrators in the Back Office Operation
• Processing clients funds in accordance with procedure 

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in Bussiness, Finance or any other relevant field
• Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
• At least 2 years experience within a financial or related environment
• Additional level of experience will be considered as an advantage 
• Excellent administrative background
• Compliance awareness within a regulated environment
• Methodical with keen eye for attention on to details
