Limassol
Our client, a CySEC Regulated Online Trading Broker located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate operational activities so as to maintain compliance with legal and requirements; identifying compliance issues
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments
- Enforce organization standards, policies and procedures
- Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and market standards behavior
- Comparing electronic data with data provided in the original form
- Conducting KYC verification process for corporate clients and counterparties
- Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties KYC
- Prepare agreements with employees, clients, 3rd parties to ensure comply with legal requirement
- Consulting services to EU and on-EU based regulated entities to ensure that they are compliant with the relevant and current regulatory requirements
Requirements:
-Degree in Law, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
-At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
-MiFID experience
-Fluency in English
-Good organizational skills
-Experience with CySEC reporting
