The jobholder will be part of Henkel Laundry and Home Care Cyprus reporting to the Marketing and Trade Marketing Director Greece & Cyprus.
Job purpose
Develops and implements local Brand Strategy through planning, development and overview of all marketing, promotion and equity building activities of all brands / products under her/his responsibility to improve market position and successfully deliver Net Sales, Profitability and Market Share targets
within the scope of responsibility.
Main tasks & responsibilities

Define and implement local Brand Strategy according to international one, developed by International Marketing Units

Grow all business and market indicators (Net Sales, Profitability and Market Shares) within the scope of responsibility.

Propose the concrete launch and investments strategy in order to achieve business goals.

Control KPIs to achieve goals and propose corrective measures in the scope of responsibility

Analyse market environment and competitor’s activity to define and propose action plans and generate business growth.

Work closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams to propose corrective actions when needed, detect business opportunities and “white spots” within the scope of responsibility.
Desired Profile
Candidates for this challenging position should be professionals with a University and Master’s degree in marketing and a proven track record between 5-6 years in an FMCG company or related retail sector. Proficient knowledge of English and sound knowledge of MS Office are mandatory.
