Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
- Maintaining the database of the company
- Retaining clients
- Following up on client matters
- Customer Support (Retention and Relationship)
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English language
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a an advantage
- Excellent business written and oral communications skills
- Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computers
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
