Our client, a CYSEC licensed Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire Customer Support Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Follow KYC procedures in order to advise clients.
- Provide full customer support to clients via email and Live Chat
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support or back office role in Forex is a must
- Fluency in English + a European language
- MT4 Platform Knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Organized, diligent and detail oriented
- Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
- Positive can-do attitude
*** Ability to work shifts (09:00-18:00 and 14:00 - 22:00) ***
