Our client is seeking to recruit Customer Service Associates for their offices in Larnaca.
We are seeking Chinese speaking candidates who can work in Cyprus without the need of a work permit.
The role involves working on a 3 weekly rotational shift basis as follows.

Job Description
- Dealing with customers’ inquiries
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
- Be confident when speaking to clients via Telephone
Required Skills & Experience
- Larnaca resident
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Available to work shifts and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Holder of EU status and or the right to live and work in Cyprus
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic gross salary of €1,100.00 per month + Bonus based on company performance
