We are looking for a Compliance Officer who will take on the responsibility to ensure that our daily operations and business transactions are compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation as well as to other legal frameworks and ISO standards related to our organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated reliable professional, governed by a sense of integrity, honesty, ethics, principles and accountability. You must be proactive and diligent and ensure that all compliance measures are implemented across our organization in a fair, concise and modest manner.

Requirements
Ø Team worker with organizational skills and attention to detail
Ø Critical thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ø Understanding of business operations and technology
Ø Basic familiarity with industry practices, standards and legal frameworks
Ø B.A / B.Sc. in Business Administration / Business - Law or related fields
Ø Experience in the implementation of processes, standards and documentation desirable but not required
Responsibilities
Ø Contribute to the development and implementation of a Compliance Program based on international regulations and standards
Ø Proactively audit processes, practices and documents related to the General Data Protection Regulation as well as other regulations and standards
Ø Contribute to the development of plans to manage compliance violations
Ø Manage internal and external compliance risks and recommend action plans
Ø Contribute to the training and development of employees on compliance
Ø Respond to employee, customer and supplier queries related to GDPR
Ø General administration and documentation
