One of our clients, a CySEC regulated investment firm, is currently looking for an Italian Speaking Account Manager. The selected candidate will be working within a friendly and professional team where he will be able to grow as a professional as well as receive a competitive remuneration package.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients
- Receive calls from clients and help them with any issues they may have
- Make welcome calls and follow up calls to new clients
- Serving client on live chat
- Identify potential IB’s
- Meeting personal and team targets
- Increase number of FTD
- Striving for high initial deposit
Requirements
- Fluent Italian & English (native level) - any additional language -is an advantage
- Understanding of Financial / Capital markets – is an advantage
- Sales Oriented
- Team player
- Competitive and target oriented
- High preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales or in the field of Forex
- Good insight into the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms
