The position
As a Product Manager you will have the full responsibility of the product life cycle. You will be the intermediary between the C-Level of the company and the Development Lead in order to identify, analyze and organize new client requirements and turn them into features, fully tested and ready to be shipped.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Continuous monitoring of the solution in order to identify new needs or improvements in current functionality.
- Prioritize requested features based on several factors as pointed out by the management.
- Prepare the Sprint Backlog for the development team.
- Maintain the product Backlog and be able to lay a product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic vision.
- Meetings with the management team in order to explain the progress made at the end of every sprint
- 2+ years experience in Product/Project Management.
- Experience in the Software industry and an understanding of software development terminology.
- Skillful in interpersonal relationships and able to keep the balance between colleagues and management.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development best practices. Practical experience with it is considered an absolut plus.
- Experience in using a project management software solution such as JIRA, Youtrack, Asana and so on.
- Experience in using several analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel and so on would be a plus.
