Job Description

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Officer for one of our clients, a hotel in Larnaca district. Previous experience in a similar role is a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities
• Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
• Plan and oversee renovations and construction
• Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs
• Any other ad-hoc duties that might arise

Requirements  

• Previous experience in Hotel Maintenance
• Good knowledge of English and Greek language
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer a systems;
• Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
• Problem-solving aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent;
