Our client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm located in Nicosia, is looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake compliance monitoring in accordance with the task driven schedule outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Undertake the compliance monitoring to ensure alignment with regulatory and law society requirements. (CySec - MIFID II)
- Manage the closure of monitoring findings and recommendations.
- To assist in the provision of compliance monitoring themed reviews and in the preparation of reports which will include recommendations for addressing identified areas of weakness.
Requirements:
- University degree in a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience will be considered and advantage
- Computer skills (CRM program)
