Our client is a new CySEC Regulated Forex Broker who are looking for German speaking FX Sales Representatives for their office based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Contact new/existing clients on regular basis to keep/build the long lasting relations and to ensure high level of satisfaction of the clients.
Develop and maintain the knowledge of new and existing products of the company to provide best services and training to the new and existing clients.
Focus on possibility to increase the business coming from existing clients and explore the innovative Ideas to refer new clients to the company.
Follow up with feedbacks and queries of the clients on daily/routine basis.
Target oriented and driven with positive approach and Innovative Ideas.
Develop the ability to co-operate with other departments to get work done efficiently and politely.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year sales experience (in forex would be an advantage
Fluent in German and English, knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage
Outstanding communication skills
Dynamic, innovative and target-oriented
