Our client, a CySec licensed FX Company is looking to hire Monitoring Officers to join their offices in Limassol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Monitoring & auditing recorded calls in accordance with the agreed Monitoring Plan
Identifying errors in speech and breaches of the Company's internal procedures
Generating written reports, giving feedback by applying strong analytical reasoning and presenting the level of impact of violations identified.
Accurately recording findings, presenting these in a written format considered the most appropriate for the content and the audience.
Escalating issues as necessary to the manager.
Preparing, revising and updating manuals and training material.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency In English and an additional language (German, Spanish or Russian will be considered an advantage)
Excellent communicator able to identify, prioritise and present potentially complex issues in a clear and concise manner, both verbal and written.
Sound judgement in the application of Company's internal procedures with practicality of business needs.
Strong critical thinking skills
Independent and proactive approach
*Working hours: 8 hours per day + 1 hour break (flexible)
*Our client is offering an attractive remuneration package with a salary of 1,100 euros gross, negotiable + medical insurance and flexible working hours.
