Job Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the company's customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese
- Good knowledge of the English language
