Job Description
Our client is a well-established Financial Services company specializing in CFDs & Forex. They provide great scope for progression, accelerated routes to management as well as providing opportunities for exposure throughout all of our departments.
They are now looking for an MT4 Administrator for the offices in Limassol and are offering a very good remuneration package to the successful candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation and support in accordance to the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company
- Perform operating system level and other software installations, upgrades related to the trading platform ecosystem Principal, but not exclusive, areas of work: MT4 Trading Platform, MT4 Plugins, MT4
- Applications and other System Interfaces, cTrader Trading Platform, backup and recovery systems, monitoring systems and IT Operations environments,
- Identify and advise well in advance the Chief Information Officer of trading platform related software upgrades and releases, system monitoring,
- Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & software,
- Make supervised adjustments to systems software and systems configurations,
- Supervise and collaborate with all outsource companies in direct relation to the trading platforms, systems and software,
- Diagnose and affect repairs to problems involving the MT4 and Trading platform as well as all other related software and applications of the trading platform ecosystem and other system-level problems with the assistance and support of senior staff,
- Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software,
- Add, remove or update user account information, resetting passwords of related trading platforms etc,
- Answer technical queries & Troubleshoot any reported problems,
- Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems,
- Perform basic as well as advance reporting and other business intelligence data related to the trading platforms,
- Perform any other activity assigned to this individual by the Chief Information Officer from time to time,
- Advise the Chief Information Officer of recommendations on how to increase the quality and speed of services,
- Responsible for the proper and efficient development and filling of all documents relating to the above procedures,
Requirements
- University / College graduate in marketing, or computer related field or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members;
- High level of self-organisation, responsibility, desire to learn and grow;
- Knowledge of CMS Umbraco, Sitefinity as advantage;
- Knowledge’s of .Net as advantage;
- Knowledge’s for performance optimization as advantage;
