Job Description

On behalf of our client, an investment firm based in Nicosia, we are currently looking for a RTO Officer. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role as well as the CySEC Certification.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms to ensure their smooth operation
• Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed
• Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries
• Execution of client orders and assisting clients with inquiries
• Responsible to run complex reporting and its analysis as required by company management
• Quoting, confirming and transmitting client trades in line with company’s policy and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field
• Relevant CySec license for the Reception and Transmission of Orders
• At least 1 years of experience in a FX CIF company
• Excellent knowledge of mt4 manager
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (tables etc)
• Excellent knowledge of risk management
• Fluency in English
• Shift 9:00-18:00 / 14:00-23:00
