CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable Paid Search Specialist (PPC) to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day execution of PPC performance based marketing campaigns.
- Measure, analyze, test, and rapidly develop campaigns, ads, landing pages and conversion elements to increase efficiency.
- Create structured multivariate testing processes and structure.
- Research and test new media vehicles with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Craft landing pages, lead-generation forms and calls to action for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Ensure accurate budget fulfillment and billing.
- Keep our organization on the cutting edge through measurement and analysis of all new opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and ad tech.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing or related concentration.
- Mastery of AdWords, and other popular paid search platforms.
- Previous experience in the gaming and/or forex verticals.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies.
- Experience with tagging, tracking, & reporting in digital media.
- Experience with Mobile acquisition tools & AdTech SDKs such as appsflyer or firebase is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving results with mid to large scale budgets.
- Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
- Results oriented, articulate, decisive self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills.
