Job specifications:
- Provide first tier technical support for company workers and employee.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Prepare new environment for new employees
- Handle purchasing tasks for IT-related equipment and software
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support in dynamic environment including email, printers, phone systems, hardware and software configuration issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple environments
- Understanding of network concepts including DNS, IP, DHCPWorking knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
- English Language
