Our client is a Nicosia based company member of a larger Zurich based group of companies.
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for a Corporate Administrator.
This role will see you working with the mother company’s corporate and administration matters. You will be responsible for the liaison with Banks, Registrar of Companies, agents and other relevant parties. The successful candidate is expected to look after the company’s affairs with minimal input from Zurich and should possess the following competencies:
• Minimum two years of experience in corporate administration
• Maintaining the Register of members and monitoring changes
• Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
• Ensure that a company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions.
• Handling the company’s issues of resolutions, powers of attorney, signing of documents, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide support on technical and management issues resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Excellent command of English
