Our client, a company specializing in the development and marketing of highly trafficked web properties, and a leader in its activity sector is looking for an outstanding Project Coordinator to be based in their Nicosia, Cyprus office.
Responsibilities:
- Essentially work with the Product Manager and collect quantitative product data and metrics, synthesizing product research and gathering requirements.
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to analyze existing features and ensure successful implementation of new features.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Monitor and report on users’ behavior after launching new features/updates.
- Optimize site/page performance to increase conversions (A/B Test)
- Leverage data to understand the Product in detail, identify areas of opportunity and suggest ideas to drive growth and engagement of users.
- Act as the user-advocate, offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
- Creating User interface (UI) mock-ups and workflows to demonstrate functionality and User Experience.
- Documenting requirements by creating JIRA EPICs
Your qualifications for this position:
- Detail oriented and organized. Able to transmute various, conflicting inputs into a focused narrative that engineering can drive and deliver.
- Data-driven performance optimization methodologies
- Experienced in running conversion A/B Tests
- Data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficiency in user experience best practices and copywriting is an asset
- Fluent in English language
- Passion for usability and a strong eye for visual consistency.
- Knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
- Experience working with JIRA is preferred but not required.
- Experience in web analytics : Google Analytics is preferred
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent combination of education and experience
- Engineering degree or work experience is preferred but not required
