Our client is a service provider for banking, PSP, compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The company values teamwork and diversity and they are looking for a Native polish speaking retention officer to join their team. Job Responsibilities
- Regular contact with our existing clients
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
- Maintain and update our CRM
- Work with clients to engage in investment opportunities
- Follow up on any client matters
- Relationship management
- Liaising with relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Regularly report to management
- Retain existing clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to one year previous experience in Client Retention and Sales
- Excellent business written and oral communications skills
- Fluent user of MS Office Suite and avid computer user
- Attitude is key- we are looking for driven, passionate people
- Native Polish Speaker is a must
- Fluent English Speaker highly desired and additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Self motivation is crucial
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Display strong timekeeping skills
