Job Description
  • Handle technical troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues that users encounter and resolution of helpdesk tickets.  
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client computer operating systems
  • Cloud Backups of file servers
  • Administration of windows servers (2012), laptop and desktop computers, printers, phones.  
  • Support LAN, Fortigate routers and Cisco switches administration
  • Configuration and administration of clients’ PBX systems and mail servers (Google Gsuite)
  • Office 365
  • HyperV and Vmware virtual machines administration and configuration
  • Set up accounts in Active Directory and setup of workstations
  • Ensuring efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Build technical documentation, manuals
  • Update the Intranet website
