We are looking for an experienced global CFO for a group of companies engaged in the field of fintech to plan the organization’s financial strategy and perform effective financial risk management.
The Group operates from Limassol in Cyprus and employs hundreds of employees worldwide.
- Develop and implement approved finance and administrative objectives, strategies, policies and plans for the Company, to allow achievement of its business goals.
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
- Initiate analytical financial reviews and commentary in key parts of the business, either on an ad-hoc basis or as directed by the CEO or Board.
- Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.
- Communicate, engage and support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports, in accordance with company, legal and regulatory requirements and timetables for both the investment and corporate activities.
- Ensure financial risks are properly understood and managed.
- Manage Cash Flows and ensure funds availability.
- Liaise with external service providers such as external auditors, banks etc.
- Overview of Finance Team in each office location.
1. CPA license
2. Previous experience as CFO in a global company with interfaces with several countries
3. At least one year of CFO experience in Fintech (Forex, Gaming, Gambling, Clearing Companies, etc.) - mandatory
4. Experience in managing a large team of employees
5. Experience in matrix management – an advantage
6. Control and management of multi-currency systems
7. Proven capabilities in data analysis, spatial vision
8. Experience in implementing an ERP system - an advantage
9. Knowledge of international taxation
10. English at a very high level
