Job Description

This forex company in Limassol is looking for a Client Services Desk Manager. The purpose of this role is to manage the client services team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a best in class customer trading experience.  The Client Services Desk Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Daily management and development of workflows to ensure maximum efficiency for all routine desk tasks including, receipt and transmission of orders, obtaining of pricing, mitigation of risk, on and off boarding of clients, CRM maintenance

Managing the client services desk team including shift allocation, training needs analysis, recruitment when required (team of 5 Dealers)

Developing standards of service, providing training and performance managing to ensure standards are achieved and adhered too

Liaising and interacting with other departments to develop tools to improve reporting and client experience

Keeping up to date with Market information and monitoring trends in all major currencies

Requirements:

At least 5 years' FX experience and at least 1-year experience in managing staff in a similar role at a FX company

Strong working knowledge of MT4 and have 

Proven client management skills

Fluency in English.
