Job Description
Our client is an Accounting firm based in Zebbug in Malta and they’re currently looking to add a Junior IT Officer to their existing team. They are offering excellent opportunities within their Internal IT Administration team. The successful candidate will be a Final year student at tertiary level in Information Technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle workstations and phone installations
- Provide effective IT support services (desktop, laptopm printer, phones) internally
- Ensure that all incidents are seen or escalated
- Ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Work with firm employees to ensure operational and service excellence
- Execute daily/weekly routine maintenance tasks
- Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops
Requirements
- Are a Final year student at tertiary level
- Willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
